Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. After that, you can cancel at any time but refunds are not available for partial billing periods. See our refund policy for details.
Billing is monthly or annual. Annual plans save you two months (10 months for the price of 12). All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for Irish and EU customers. Invoices are available from your dashboard.
Yes. Every payment generates a VAT invoice that you can download from your admin dashboard. Invoices include our Irish VAT number, your business details, and are compliant with Revenue requirements.
You will receive a notification when you approach your monthly booking limit. Once you reach the limit, new bookings will be paused until you upgrade to a higher plan or the next billing cycle begins. Existing bookings are never affected.
The Plus plan includes an SMS quota for reminders. Additional SMS messages can be purchased as a credit top-up from your admin dashboard. SMS pricing varies by destination country but is clearly displayed before purchase.
